If the item that you have ordered indicates a delivery time of more than 5 working days, we will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date.

Collection

If it is more convenient, you are can collect your purchase from our warehouse in Paddock Wood, Kent. Contact our Sales Team on 01892 839903 to confirm that your purchase is available for collection. Any delivery cost charged in the checkout will be refunded upon collection. Goods can be collected Monday to Saturday, between 10.00AM and 4.00PM.
Tracking Your Delivery Upon despatch of your order, you will usually receive an email confirming the despatch details. Within the email, you will be given details of the consignment number and the courier used, with a link to the courier tracking page.
