Using the Stand & Deliver Website

The Stand & Deliver website is designed to be simple to use and easy to find the products that you are looking for.

The horizontal menu at the top of each page provides links to information about Stand & Deliver, details about the extensive security and encryption utilised on the site and how to contact us. You may also view your Shopping Cart contents from this menu.

On the left of each page you will find the product and related filter menus. The product menus are broken down into the most popular groups of products. Once within a product group you will see filters to narrow your search even further. Once you have identified a product that may interest you, click on the product name or the product image and you will see all the details about the product, with multiple images and comprehensive information to help you make your decision.

If you know the model name of the product you are looking, type it into the search box at the top of each page - this will display all products containing the seach term submitted.

Once you have chosen your product, you can add it to your Shopping Cart by clicking on the 'Add To Cart' button. For deatiled guidance on the ordering process, please visit our FAQ page for more information.

Can I order over the phone?

Of course. We have a friendly, dedicated sales team waiting for your call on 08454 606 006. Our phone lines are open 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday - Saturday. Lines are closed bank holidays, however online ordering is available 24/7.

We accept all major credit cards including VISA, MasterCard, Maestro/Switch, VISA Debit and American Express.

If you have a Paypal account, we welcome payment by this method.

Returns & Exchange

We fully understand that occasionally you may need to exchange or return an item that you have bought from us. To return an item please fill in our Returns Form. Stock Levels

Stand & Deliver have large stocks of most items displayed on the web site. We show the stock levels on the product details pages to illustrate the availability of the product. We are therefore able to despatch most products extremely quickly from our three adjoining warehouses, often for next day delivery. If your item is not in stock, it will be automatically ordered for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
