We say thank you for such a rapid implementation of our order. With such a fast service, we have not counted. In Germany, the clocks run slower in this regard. We`re totally excited about this BDI Vista Stand, a beautifully thought-out design, good progress and great material. It fits very nice visually and practically in our living room, also the height of 140 cm we have searched in vain in Germany. Television makes it really fun with the new LCD TV. Under 6 weeks delivery time was not possible here. TNT has delivered very good, on 20/01/2010 our BDI Vista was already there, and from the island, incredible. We can only recommend. Just a quick reply to say; thanks, a good all-round service, including emails and email link from DPD as well on status of delivery. Ordered in the afternoon and DPD called into the office the following afternoon to deliver it. This weekend, I opened the carton and assembled it, so its all ready and now awaiting delivery of my new Panasonic LCD later this week. | ||||||||

This is the best customer service experience I've had in a long time - clearly it wasn't Stand and Deliver's fault that the stand wasn't in good condition but you sorted it all out and the replacement part arrived as promised. If I had more speakers, I'd buy more stands. I will certainly recommend you to friends and family. | ||||||||
Just to let you my TV stand arrived this afternoon (less than 48 hours after ordering!) and was well packaged. The Iconic UKGL-2309 TV Stand went together very easily and will look very good in our lounge. As a retired engineer, I would just comment that I'm not too sure about screw on plastic feet on an item of that weight - We will have to shuffle it about with care! The main point of my email however, is to congratulate you on a straightforward website (as an over 65 year old, this is welcome!), an easy ordering procedure and fast delivery.
